一下酒店就是Lee garden. 晚上夜市吃的，早上卖衣服。服务员很亲切，设备一却很好。只是床有点旧，还有冲凉房水很小。好的酒店，但是冲凉房水小，导致比较不满意。其他一却都很满意。

老酒店，但位置很好靠近食物来源便利店交通便利 经理 Miss Chompunuch 的服务非常好，可爱，细心，总是微笑着打招呼。 房间清香，干净，空调凉爽。所有的员工都非常友善和乐于助人。 如果有机会，一定会再次回去入住。

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวกมาก ใกล้จุดท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหารอร่อยหลายร้าน สามารถเดินเท้าไปได้ภายในไม่กี่นาที ใกล้ตลาดกิมหยง และในช่วงเย็นมีของขายเป็นตลาดนัดย่อม ๆ ราคาไม่แพง หรือจะไปด้านหลังโรงแรมก็มีร้านอาหารและร้านขายของโดยรอบเต็มไปหมด ภายในโรงแรมสะอาดสะอ้าน ห้องพักนอนหลับสบาย แต่เสียงลมแอร์ดังไปหน่อย การบริการของพนักงานดีมาก อาหารเช้าดีมาก อร่อยทุกอย่าง อาหารหลากหลาย พักหลายวันอาหารก็ไม่ซ้ำกัน มีที่จอดรถสะดวก ไม่เสียค่าบริการเพิ่ม

ประทับใจพอประมาณ ถือว่าโอเค ห้องน้ำสะอาด ผ้าปูปลอกหมอน ผ้าห่ม ผ้าเช็ดตัวถือว่าสะอาด ฝักบัวอาบน้ำเบาไปนิด แต่ก็พออาบได้ อาหารเช้าพอใช้ถึงดี รสชาดปานกลาง สระว่ายน้ำดูแลดี น้ำสะอาด ห้องออกกำลังกายเครื่องเล่นพอใช้ ห้องซาวน่าห์เตาเล็กไปนิดเลยทำให้ไม่ค่อยร้อน

รอบที่ไปมา ตรงกับวันแห่พระ มีเสียงตีกลองจนถึงเกือบเที่ยงคืน เป็นเวลา2คืน เลยทำให้นอนไม่ค่อยได้ค่ะ พักชั้น14 เสียงลอยขึ้นมาข้างบนชัดมาก แขกมาเลย์เยอะ แต่ไม่ค่อยเจอคนสูบบุหรี่ ความสะอาดโดยรวมดีค่ะ นอกนั้นโอเคค่ะ😄

Excellent Staff service and Good Location
The hotel staff provided excellent service from the moment we arrived until the check-in process was completed. The room we received was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast service was also impressive, with staff recommending the hotel's signature dishes. The breakfast selection was diverse. Additionally, on the ground floor of the hotel, there was a stall selling roti with curry and Thai pulled tea, which was incredibly delicious. The lounge staff in the lobby were also very attentive and provided excellent service. However, some areas could be improved. The furniture in the lobby lounge was starting to show signs of wear, and the cleanliness of the building's exterior could be better, as there were stains that affected the view, especially when looking from the 6th floor or from a room on the 20th floor. The exterior glass had water stains, and the lobby restrooms appeared old, with faded counters. Despite this, the overall lobby area looked well-maintained. If I visit Hat Yai again, I will definitely choose to stay here because I truly appreciate the excellent service, the friendly and cheerful staff, and their willingness to assist guests. The staff members who provided excellent service during my stay were Khun Methee, Khun Buts, Khun Preeda and Khun Thawatchai.

Clean, Spacious & Conveniently located
Enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Centara HatYai, even though there is a slight inconvenience when my room air cond was leaking, and I had to change my room twice within two days.

Excellent Staycation at Centara Hatyai
Friendly and approachable staff (Roger, Charat, Meete, Somchay, Faluk and Buakham) where they assisted with directions and translations to our driver. They are always there to help when needed.

Perfect stay in Hatyai started in Centara Hotel
From the staff to the rooms, everything was amazing. We didn't get to try any of the amenities because we had a full agenda everyday but coming back to a clean room and comfy bed after a long day of eating and sightseeing was exactly what we needed. Will definitely stay here again if ever I'm in Hatyai.
